The Manchester franchise of Selfridges is hoping to have a multi-million pound refit of its exchange square store.
Selfridges has announced they will invest hopefully £40 millions on improvements to the store in a timescale of 3 years.
The shop which sells top designer labels such as Chanel and Alexander McQueen refused to tell of sales figures for the city centre branch but have explained they are “doing very well”.
A Selfridges’ spokesperson has said: we are keen to unsure the store is a real destination for shoppers”.
They celebrated their 100th birthday earlier this year have said to have had a busier Christmas trading time this year than 2008. The standard spend for a customer was also high.
