Manchester’s Observatory office block will have a £500,000 refurbishment, and the revamp will create another 14,000 square foot of office space.
The USS, (Universities Superannuation Scheme) is responsible for therefurbishment of the ‘Observatory on Chapel Walks’ which is an 8 storey office building and it will be of 2 floors, 6 & 7.
The most familiar areas are being upgraded as well as revamping the ground floor reception hall, the work will finish at the end of this year.
