The University of Lancaster is planning a £5.5m refurbishment at one of the campus’, and is browsing for a developer to be able to do the work.
The place where they hope to do this is at Bowland College and it is 75,000 sq ft and is made up of offices, student and family accommodation, lecture theatres and a bar.
The tenders deadline or to take part is April 15th.
